• Valid Licensing: Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and holding valid, genuine software licenses and product keys for all proprietary commercial software they instruct AP Digital Solutions to install. AP Digital Solutions does not sell, distribute, or install pirated, unauthorized, or unlicensed software.
• Data Backup: Prior to any software installation, operating system deployment, or technical maintenance, the client is responsible for maintaining current, verified backups of all critical personal or business data.
• System Access: The client will provide necessary administrative permissions and appropriate hardware access for our technicians to perform scheduled tasks.

3. Service Quotes & Payment Terms

Service fees are determined based on the agreed scope of work, technical complexity, and required consultation time. All pricing quotations are communicated clearly to the client prior to commencing technical tasks. Payment terms are strictly outlined in the corresponding service agreement or invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, website architecture, and documentation published on this website are the intellectual property of AP Digital Solutions. 5. Limitation of Liability
